Shipping & Delivery
- Product prices and quote/order totals do not include delivery or shipping fees unless we expressly state otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are separate and will be confirmed based on destination and courier before or upon fulfillment.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier capacity and destination.
- Sub-Zero Systems is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
- All items are inspected and confirmed in proper condition before courier handover.
- Damage occurring during transit is not covered by our warranty. Record a continuous unboxing video for courier claims.
- Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon courier handover.
Warranty & Returns

No Monetary Refunds: Sub-Zero Systems does not issue monetary refunds. Defective items may be replaced with an exact equivalent or store credit at our discretion. Store credit is valid for 1 year from issuance.
Warranty claims may be filed at any time during the applicable warranty period with valid proof of purchase. The item must be in good, unmodified condition and accompanied by the warranty slip or other proof of purchase. Transit-damage claims may require unboxing evidence and original packaging for courier review.

Sub-Zero Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or system downtime caused by component failure
- Business interruption or loss of profits
- Damage to other components caused by a faulty part
- Inability to use the purchased products
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
