Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy governs eligible brand-new hardware components purchased from Sub-Zero Systems. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only. Second-hand, pre-owned, used, open-box, refurbished, trade-in, consignment, or as-is items are sold strictly as-is and carry no store warranty. We do not provide warranty for items damaged during shipment or transit.

01 · Warranty Overview

Eligible brand-new products, unless specified otherwise, are covered by a 1-year limited store warranty against factory defects. Proof of purchase is required for all claims. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

02 · Second-Hand / Used Items

All second-hand, pre-owned, used, open-box, refurbished, trade-in, consignment, or as-is items are sold strictly as-is and do not carry any store warranty from Sub-Zero Systems. No warranty claim, replacement, exchange, repair coverage, or service warranty will be accepted after purchase for second-hand items. Customers are encouraged to inspect and test all second-hand items before completing the purchase.

04 · Shipping & Transit Disclaimer

Strict Policy: Sub-Zero Systems does not provide warranty for items damaged during shipment or transit. All products are confirmed in perfect physical condition before courier turnover.

Shipment Delays: Sub-Zero Systems shall not be held liable for delivery delays. Timelines are managed exclusively by third-party logistics providers.

Record a continuous, unedited unboxing video for protection when filing claims against couriers.

05 · What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage (cracks, dents, bent CPU pins, liquid damage).
  • Electrical damage (burn marks, scorched circuits) due to power surges.
  • Software issues, OS corruption, or BIOS flashing failures.
  • Incompatibility issues due to user-selected components.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic degradation.

06 · Void Conditions

  • Removal of warranty stickers or serial number labels.
  • Physical tampering or attempted self-repair/modification.
  • Using components beyond manufacturer-rated specifications (excessive overclocking).
  • Neglect, improper installation, or use in unsuitable environments.

07 · Replacement Policy

If an item is confirmed defective and a replacement is unavailable, Sub-Zero Systems reserves the right to offer an alternative model of equal value or store credit based on current market value or purchase price, whichever is lower.

08 · Limitation of Liability

Sub-Zero Systems is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or damage to other components caused by a faulty part. Always back up your data before service.
